Can I book in advance?
We encourage booking well in advance of when you need the Taxi. This allows us assign your driver and plan accordingly. You can always cancel if your plans change. Usually we are unable to accommodate last minute requests.
Is my wheelchair suitable?
Wheelchairs, just like people, come in all shapes and sizes. Standard manual, larger manual, electric, scooters the list goes on. We need to know what type of chair you use and the dimensions with the user seated. It is better to know this ahead rather than send the wrong size vehicle on the day. Chairs should also be rated for travel to ensure safety in a vehicle.
