Book Ahead.
Please get in touch well in advance of when you need the Taxi. This allows us assign your driver and plan accordingly. You can always cancel if your plans change. Usually we are unable to accommodate last minute requests.
Size Matters.
Wheelchairs, just like people, come in all shapes and sizes. We need to know what type of chair you use and the dimensions with the user seated. It is better to know this ahead rather than send the wrong size vehicle on the day.
Good to Know.
Its nice to know the Wheelchair users name as it means their driver can address them and provide a more personal service. Likewise if there are any underlying conditions like dementia or hearing issues it helps if we know. Practical things such as steps or accessible toilets at your destination can be identified in advance once we know.
